Carol Mascareñas is the Safety and Health Director for the Idaho National Laboratory. She received her B. S. in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University and is a licensed Civil Engineer with an environmental emphasis. She has held technical and leadership positions in hazardous waste cleanup, regulatory services, and environmental restoration and compliance throughout her career.
