Randy MacMillan is Vice-president of Research and Environmental Affairs for Clear Springs Foods Inc. in Buhl, Idaho. Dr. MacMillan received his Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Washington, and Master of Science from Michigan State University. He worked as a research biologist for the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service and has served as Chairman of the Upper Snake Basin Advisory Group. He is also active with many aquaculture and fishery associations committed to water quality and fish health.
