DEQ seeks comment on draft IPDES permit for the city of Potlatch

Potlatch—The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) seeks comment on a draft Idaho Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (IPDES) permit for the city of Potlatch wastewater treatment facility.

The city applied for a wastewater discharge permit for its wastewater treatment facility located at 1630 Flannigan Creek Road in Potlatch, Idaho. The proposed permit would authorize the discharge of treated municipal wastewater from November 1 through July 31 to the Palouse River for five years.
